Two Cents has been funded $25,000 by the Microsoft Founders Hub, which was established to support startups in the designing and innovating solutions for the "modern" office experience using native resources, the power platform and virtual agent customization.

Through this partnership, we are able to leverage Microsoft’s infrastructure to enhance the solutions we are building to put enterprise-grade technology into the hands of affordable housing operators and mission-driven organizations.
Founder's Hub resources have helped us build smart, scalable tools that support operational efficiencies, electronic deal books, dashboards, apps, reporting portals, and compliance needs.
​We also receive premium technical support and access to Microsoft partners, billing support and expertise from experienced providers. This ensures we stay ahead of the curve with good counsel and the latest from Microsoft, including system integrations, automations, and the evolving capabilities of Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio.
Two Cents decided to pass the gift along. We're excited to share the wealth of our knowledge and experience with asset managers, compliance staff, property
managers and stakeholders to evolve sustainable, long-term relationships rooted in efficiency, trust and collaboration.
​PILOT OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for nonprofit owners to join us for a pilot program. Orgs who are a good fit are assigned a private SharePoint platform page (The Arc, The Elephant, The Cocoon, etc.) configured with compliance, governance, and data loss protection policies. This is a secure and collaborative workspace valued at over $10,000. Mentoring or building sessions with Two Cents can be set up as you go, or by purchasing a package of hours and scheduled sessions.
This means 24/7 access to test drive analytics and reporting platforms tailored to your properties, portfolio, operations, and evolving needs. All Microsoft subscriptions and licensing fees will be fully covered by Two Cents for six months.
